Brazilian cyclist Viitor Fonseca was out on a ride on 13 May when he came across a tiny lost kitten. The scrawny little tabby was found in desperate need of help and Fonseca didn’t want to just leave him all alone.
So with nothing to carry him in, he decided to tuck the tiny kitten into his shirt. Something the tabby seemed surprisingly happy about.
The cyclist from Taquarituba, São Paulo cycles professionally for ECT—a renowned cycling team in Taubaté. While out on a ride with his friend, he spotted the cat and picked him up. As the video shows, the cat looks calm and happy in his shirt and he can be seen ‘kissing’ and nuzzling up to Fonseca during the ride back.
After sharing the video on Facebook, the rider wrote: “Saving a little life today” [translated from Portuguese.] Definitely a good deed for the day!
