This is just incredible, there is no other way of describing this guy’s balance on a skateboard. After searching the web for the longest skateboard manual we could find, we came across this video from youtube user Glenn-Rune Hansen. The description of the video simply reads: ‘A friend of mine Jostein Spjoetvold doing an insane manual on skateboard!!! 1200 meters ++. CHECK IT OUT’.
Straight off the bat, Jostein Spjoetvold pulls a 1050m manual, but halfway through the recording he looses his balance and returns to four wheels. His reaction is one of extreme frustration, throwing his board to the ground. I mean ‘c’mon man…you just pulled a 1km manual…right!’ Still, Jostein put his drive to good use and returned to the top of the hill for round 2, where he wheelies 150m further than before, setting a 1200m record. That’s just…WOW! One thing, I’d like to add, wear a helmet dude!
I’m pretty sure that’s a current world record, but if you know of a longer manual out there, let us know in the comments.
